The ALL NEW thickness from E. S. Robbins is .170 which is between the old Standard .130 and the old Premium .200. This becomes a distinct advantage for those folks whose carpet falls in the 3/4 to 1 inch category. You no longer have to spend the extra money to go to the Premium mat. That can save you up to $32.00 on a 60 x 96 mat. The maximum width is 60 inches. If you need a 72 inch wide mat you still must go to the Premium .200 mat.

E S Robbins has announced a price increase on all their chairmats starting July 1, 2010. Their reasoning of course is material cost. They have not had a price increase for 4 years.
