Any special free shipping offers extend to the CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES only.

Personal Checks will be accepted, however, products will not be shipped until the check clears your bank.

When will my credit card be charged?
We have a pre-pay policy to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders. Your credit card will be charged within 72 hours after you submit your order.

E-Commerce orders are processed daily and shipments made within 3 working days of order, unless custom made to order products are ordered, or later shipment otherwise specified on the item page, if there is a known problem with time you will be notified.
Our FAX lines are open 24 hours every day for special orders or inquiry.
• All Special Orders must be confirmed in writing.
• All Special Order cancellations must be confirmed in writing within 3 working days of order date.

Color Disclaimer
Due to the inconsistencies of various computer monitors, the colors displayed on your screen may not depict an accurate reproduction of the actual swatch color. We color correct each scan as accurately as possible. If color is critical for you we can supply actual swatch sample when requested.

Will be accepted within 14 days of receipt and must be approved and authorized by Office Furniture Mall customer service. Acceptance of return merchandise is subject to inspection and a re-stock charge of 20% of the invoice product amount. In the event that returned products are not intact with original carton & fillers and/or the products have been tampered with, we reserve the right to return the goods, and/or credit salvage value of the product.
• All Return Authorizations are VOIDED 30 days after issue.
• All fillers and packing must be intact. We cannot resell product that is not in the original factory carton and packing.
• Concealed damaged goods must be reported to us within 20 days.
• Public carriers assume all responsibility for damages. Check your order before you sign for it.
• All Special Orders are not returnable or refundable.

Outside Freight Carriers
Should you elect to ship product other than on our Carriers, you will be responsible for all freight costs and any freight claims that might arise. We cannot be held responsible for service beyond the tailgate. Out quotes on freight are tailgate based only.

Shipping info and charges:
All orders are subject to a shipping and handling charge.  Normal shipping and handling assumes delivery to a place of business and not a residence.  Residential deliveries may require extra freight charges.  We ship via U.P.S., U.S. Mail, or common carrier freight lines.  It is our option to fill orders from our stock or the manufacturer/distributor.  Manufacturers/distributors require lead times for manufacturing and/or handling.  No C.O.D. shipments.  All times quoted by the phone, fax, or email are estimated time to shipping date.  Add three to seven working days for shipping travel time.  Longer ship times are normally encountered in coast to coast deliveries.

*Inside Deliveries cannot be made where stair/step climbing is required.  Inside Delivery is only made to the ground elevation of normal truck unloading.  Inside Delivery includes entering the building only.  It  does not include moving to point of setup, removal from boxes, and/or setup.

Unloading; Freight line truck drivers are only responsible for bringing freight up to  the tailgate of their truck.  It is your responsibility to unload.  Most truck drivers respond well to friendliness and consideration and might assist your unloading if you request kindly.  
Damaged and/or Missing Merchandise;  Any damage to merchandise whether obvious or hidden, must be noted on your delivery ticket IN THE PRESENCE OF THE TRUCK DRIVER.  Open all boxes and examine the inside contents in the presence of the truck driver.  Any shortages also need to be noted on the delivery ticket at the time of delivery.  Responsibility for loss or damage of goods passes to you when they are received by the carrier.  Carrier responsibility is lost without the proper receiving of goods.  No replacement can be done without the properly noted delivery receipt with the truck drivers signature.  DO NOT REFUSE the shipment because of damage or shortage.  This will seriously delay the replacement process.
